National Floors Direct – Hardwood Floor

I just was shopping around for new floors for my town house when I noticed one of the National Floors Direct commercials on television. The National Floors Direct salesman that came out and showed me flooring samples in my home (I did not have to drive all over town and I could ‘visualize’ what the flooring would like in my own home) was extremely helpful and offered me lots of options with flooring and financing.

I made my choice of floors and the installation crew came out to install – on time. They moved all the furniture and the floor turned out wonderful. I will definately tell everyone I know to use National Floors Direct for any of their flooring needs.

National Floors Direct – Just Wanted To Tell You

Just wanted to tell you that we are very happy with National Floors Direct and our new carpet. We had two bedrooms and our basement carpeted in our Washington DC home, and the installation looks very nice. The National Floors Direct crew who installed the flooring was on time and completed the job in less time than was estimated. Clean up and furniture moving was included. I don’t think that we could have had anyone beat your price.

The process was easy, the turn around time was quick, and the quality of the carpet is good. I would use your company again if I needed carpet. Thank you for the great work and price!

National Floors Direct Berber Carpet Installation

National Floors Direct just completed a Berber carpet installation in our finished basement yesterday, and after just one day with our new carpet, I can’t believe we didn’t call National Floors Direct sooner. My family loves our new carpet and in just one day we have already spent more time in our newly carpeted basement than we did in the past few months. We are so happy with National Floors Direct, from the free estimate, to the timely installation, to the professionalism we experienced from everyone at National Floors Direct. I was amazed that the carpet installers came to my home on time – that’s right, the actual time they told me they’d be there, they were there. Not only was the installation punctual, it was of fantastic quality! Now that we have our new basement carpet, we know we’ll spend more time in that room and we’re now thinking of making part of our basement a bar and entertaining area to share with our family and friends. Thank you National Floors Direct for transforming our drab basement to a true multipurpose area.

national Floors Direct Hardwood Floors

I just had to comment on the outstanding job National Floors Direct did on my new laminate flooring. I own three dogs and was getting tired of their constantly scratching the hardwood floor in my kitchen. When I called National Floors Direct to discuss flooring options, the representative was very knowledgeable and responsive to my needs, and suggested I pursue laminate flooring because of its strength and durability. Her suggestion was great, and in the past few weeks with my laminate flooring, I have definitely noticed its durability and easy maintenance, just as National Floors Direct had promised. Thank you so much for such a great experience, which I will be passing along to other friends looking to update their flooring.

Gaithersburg MD Home Office Flooring

I work full-time from my Gaithersburg, MD home, so I spend a lot of time in my home office and care about how my home office looks. Because I spend so much time there, I was tired of looking at my bad, ripped up, and outdated carpet that simply stressed me out more than it made me feel at home and working efficiently. The way my office looked was distracting me from my work.

I often have the television on in the background while I work, so I had heard numerous commercials advertising National Floors Direct. The commercials claimed they could beat anyone’s price by at least 15 percent and offer next day installation on most of their flooring. I decided to take them up on their offer and called National Floors Direct to set up an in-home consultation.

As a business owner, I realize the importance of true customer service, knowledge of your product, and fair prices. The National Floors Direct salesman that came to my home to discuss flooring options was nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my relatively small budget. He went over many options with me, and I told him that I wanted a hardwood look without the price and without the fear of easily scratching the floor. He showed me samples of various colors and finishes and together we decided on a laminate floor, which he told me was a very popular option and an ideal floor for a home office, since it would be durable and be able to withstand constant, daily traffic, as well as heavy office furniture, file cabinets, and everything else in my office.

National Floors Direct went ahead and scheduled an installation for later on in the week, as I had a few commitments in the next few days to attend to first. I thought I’d also have to take a day to move my office furniture out of the room myself to prepare for the new flooring, but National Floors Direct assured me that they’d help me move standard furniture at no charge, which was definitely a huge help.

The installers arrived and were true to their word, as they were glad to help me move my furniture around and took great care with it like it was their own furniture. The installation went very quick and they left me with a great product that definitely fits my home office needs. Now I feel much more comfortable and at ease in my office, and no longer have to look at frayed, ugly carpet. My laminate flooring looks great. I really appreciated National Floors Direct’s quick service, which allowed me to get right back into work and not have to either take my work to another place for a few days, or miss out on a few days of work. I was able to work from my home that morning, take a few hours’ break during the installation, and get right back to work as soon as the installers left. I would recommend National Floors Direct to anyone looking for great service and great flooring.

National Floors Direct: Big Flooring Company; Personal Flooring Service

I wanted to write and share the positive experience I had dealing with National Floors Direct. I must admit that I have seen the commercials and thought that a big company such as National Floors Direct would only offer impersonal service, look past the needs of an individual customer, and do a sloppy, unprofessional job, knowing that they wouldn’t have to rely on just my business to get by.

Fortunately, National Floors Direct did an amazing job on my new carpets and absolutely proved me wrong. Before calling, I received two price quotes from other companies, and was surprised by how expensive they told me it would be to carpet my second floor. National Floors Direct was the third company I contacted. When I spoke with the very nice representative, she was happy to schedule me for a free in-home consultation and quote, which I chose to schedule for later that week.

The National Floors Direct salesman that visited my home was punctual, polite, and full of great ideas and suggestions. We walked around my second floor to examine the floors I wanted to carpet, and he gave me some great ideas on which types of carpet would last the longest and look the best in my home. During the price quote part of the process, I didn’t tell him the prices I had been quoted before, just to see how his quote differed from the others. It was about $800 less than the other quotes, which I know is standard for National Floors Direct, and not just an attempt to get my business, as I didn’t even disclose what the other quotes had been.

It was an easy decision to give National Floors Direct my business. I respected the salesman and his opinions, and the price fit our budget. He scheduled my installation appointment for the very next day, and the installers did nothing but carry on the good impression that National Floors Direct had already made with me. They even arrived on time during a snowy, cold winter day. The installers did a fast, but thorough job, and cleaned up after themselves. They were also respectful of my home and took care to keep everything intact and were not loud or obnoxious as they did their job. I barely knew there were there, save for the fact that just a few hours after they arrived, they left behind a high quality, beautiful carpet job throughout the second floor of my house.

National Floors Direct even followed up after the installation with a call the next day to make sure I was happy with my new carpet. From start to finish, they did everything to prove me wrong that a big company doesn’t look out for its individual customers. I received nothing but personalized, efficient service. I am very, very happy with the end result and an extremely satisfied customer. I was able to get the entire job finished while my husband was away on business, so by the time he returned, everything was done and I could surprise him with new carpet. My experience with National Floors Direct has even inspired us to look into new hardwood flooring in the first floor of our home, which no doubt will be installed by National Floors Direct. I just wanted to thank you for the extremely professional and high quality service I recently received from NFD. Your sales team was patient, courteous, and not at all pushy, and your installation technicians didn’t rush through the job haphazardly, but instead took their time to ensure our new cherry hardwood flooring was installed perfectly. The installers cleaned up after they were done installing the floor, so we were ready to enjoy our new kitchen as soon as they left. The installation team that came to our house worked tirelessly from the moment they got there I could not be happier with the level of service I received from beginning to end with National Floors Direct.
