National Floors Direct Donates Top Quality Tile Flooring to Salvation Army’s Eva Booth House

The program at the Eva Booth House helps women develop positive self-images and skills they need to remain sober and successfully reintegrate into their community and reunite with their families.
According to a spokesperson for National Floors Direct, the company chose the Eva Booth House because “we admire the positive work of the Salvation Army in our community, and we wanted to be able to help contribute toward a constructive experience for the women while they are in the program.”

About the Salvation Army’s Eva Booth House
The Eva Booth House consists of 12 emergency shelter beds for homeless women, 34 drug treatment beds funded by the state Department of Public Health, 21 “step-down” beds for recovering addicts and 10 single-occupancy rooms. It was named after Evangeline Cory Booth, one of eight children of William Booth, the founder of the Salvation Army. Ms. Booth’s leadership and social-relief efforts attracted public attention and helped garner greater support for the organization.
