National Floors Direct Carpet Installation

Our new golden retriever puppy is certainly a lot of fun, but he’s also a lot of work. He can also be a bit of a handful – especially when we realized he had made the living room carpet his own personal chew toy. We called National Floors Direct for a free estimate and were pleasantly surprised by the low price we were quoted for a high-quality Berber carpet for our living room. National Floors Direct’s low prices allowed us to not only get a new carpet, but also new laminate flooring for our kitchen, which were both installed on the same day. The durable laminate flooring is a godsend for our puppy, as we can keep him in the kitchen without having to worry about the damage he could do. National Floors Direct’s installers were pleasant and knowledgeable, and we’re very thankful for your quick, customer-oriented service.

National Floors Direct

I am nothing less than completely satisfied and impressed with the wonderful service we received from National Floors Direct. I first heard about National Floors Direct from their television ads, and was then told by a close friend how great of a job they did carpeting her home. Before calling National Floors Direct, I did quite a bit of research looking into flooring options with other home suppliers and flooring companies, but was discouraged by the high prices and long installation waits that I found. I also talked with friends who had had new flooring installed, and was a bit overwhelmed when I heard about the bad experiences they had had with other companies. When I contacted National Floors Direct, I spoke to a highly professional, pleasant, and understanding representative who was happy to answer all of my questions and go over all of my flooring options. I had no idea that National floors Direct offers so many types of carpet, hardwood, and laminate flooring!

When speaking with several National Floors Direct representatives and salespeople, they explained the qualities of each type of hardwood flooring and helped me relate those features and qualities to what I would need in my home. After many informative discussions, I decided to go with a new oak floor for my dining room to give that area a facelift and bring out its true potential. The National Floors Direct installers came to my house on time and ready to do their job quickly and well. They were so polite and pleasant, and didn’t mind my asking them more questions about how best to maintain my new flooring. My new floor was ready before I knew it, and I swear that the installers left the place cleaner that it had been before they got there.

I absolutely love my new dining room floor, and my family does too. Our new oak floor is a beautiful addition to our dining room, and we were able to install the flooring without sacrificing our budget. In fact, with all the money we saved by going with National Floors Direct, I was able to add new curtains and décor to the room. Now, every time we have a meal in our dining room, I forget we’re at home and think we’re out at a restaurant. We have also entertained guests several times in the past few months we’ve had the new floor.

Looking ahead to future projects in my home, I’d like to install carpet throughout the first floor, and I feel that I’ve already done half the work by knowing that I’ll be hiring National Floors Direct to do the job. I’m already looking forward to the quality service I know I’ll receive, and an end result just as beautiful as my new dining room. National Floors Direct to the Rescue

We just moved into a new home in Silver Spring, Maryland. We love our new house, but we hated the pet odor coming from the master bedroom carpet the previous owner left behind. We were able to settle into our new home without having to endure the leftover pet smell by calling National Floors Direct. They were at our house the next day to install rich, luxurious (and clean, odor-free) carpet! We had enough things to worry about when moving into the new place, and National Floors Direct took one large task right off our hands for us. Their representatives were efficient and friendly, and with our new Saxony carpet, our new master bedroom is now complete! It’s almost as if there was never a dog in our house to begin with. We’ll be calling National Floors Direct for all of our flooring needs in our new home.

National Floors Direct Impressive!

Thanks to National Floors Direct, I was able to impress my mother-in-law during her last visit to our Somers, Connecticut home. Believe me, impressing my mother-in-law is no easy task. Every time she visited, she had something negative to say about our entryway – that is, before we had our new hardwood flooring installed in our foyer. When my husband informed me of her visit about a week before she was due to arrive, I knew I had to act fast. I saw a National Floors Direct ad on television and decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. After speaking with a representative and getting a price quote, the next thing I knew, our beautiful cherry flooring was laid perfectly in our foyer, awaiting my mother-in-law’s arrival. Everyone at National Floors Direct was courteous and understanding of my rush job. All in all, National Floors Direct was a true life saver! My mother-in-law immediately complimented our new flooring! Now if I could only do something about her complaints about my cooking. Maybe I’ll try a new kitchen floor…thanks National Floors Direct!

National Floors Direct: Wonderful Experience

I had to write and share my wonderful experience with National Floors Direct. I live alone, and after making the choice to purchase new carpeting in my dining room, I realized that I might be responsible for moving the furniture and readying the room for installation. National Floors Direct calmed my nerves by assuring me that they’d move my furniture at no charge – and that’s a standard National Floors Direct practice. I’ve had friends complain of extra furniture moving costs per yard or per item by other flooring companies, but not National Floors Direct. In fact, once the carpet was installed, they even agreed to help me rearrange my furniture to highlight my new, beautiful carpet. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience, and I’ll be sure to pass on a good word to all of my friends. I couldn’t have done it without National Floors Direct!

National Floors Direct: Fairfield Floor

We recently put our Fairfield home on the market, but before it was ready to show, we had to make a few changes, including installing new carpet throughout our first floor. We wanted to get the house on the market as soon as possible, so when we heard National Floors Direct offered next day installation, we were intrigued. After we talked to a National Floors Direct representative and received a very low quote for a good quality carpet, we were hooked. National Floors Direct installed our new carpet in a matter of mere hours, which led to our house selling in just a few days after putting it on the market. We couldn’t thank National Floors Direct more for their efficiency, professionalism, and quality service. We’ll definitely be contacting them to install flooring in our new home!

New National Floors Direct Carpet

I had been thinking about installing new carpet in my bedroom for a few months before one day I saw a National Floors Direct advertisement while watching tv. Their informative ad explaining their next-day installation guarantee and claim to beat anyone’s prices by 15% or its free made me a bit skeptical at first, but I decided to call and give it a try. I’m so glad I called National Floors Direct. They made good on their tv ad promises, and before I knew it, my bedroom had new beautiful carpet that saved me more than $1,000 as compared to other places I had looked before calling National Floors Direct. The salesman arrived on time and with plenty of samples so I could actually see in my own home how my new carpet would look. It took me a while to decide which carpet to go with, but the National Floors Direct salesman was extremely patient and gave me plenty of both design and practical advice about my carpet options. National Floors Direct made me feel comfortable in my carpet installation and my new carpet is nothing less of an asset, adding both value and beauty to my home.
